Prior to ordering, it's highly recommended you order a sample pack to ensure you are happy with your selection prior to ordering.

You will be contacted regarding your selections within 24 hours of placing your order, so don't worry if you get something wrong, or there is some information missing.

We understand it can be confusing, so get in touch at any time for clarification! Incorrect selections will be credited or refunded for a small fee, so you won't lose any money.

All colours seen on screen will differ from those that are printed and from the physical cardstock. It's highly recommended you order a sample pack to ensure you are happy with your selection prior to ordering.

We will match the design to your event's colour theme, so you're not limited to what you see on the product page.

Please note that printing turnaround times vary based on the type of product and any additional customisations or embellishments. The estimated times are as follows:

• Digitally printed Birth Announcement Cards, and Children's Event Invitations: 5–7 business days.
• Digital or Specialty Wedding Invitations: 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of embellishments and customizations.

We recommend placing your order early to allow ample time for production and delivery, especially during peak seasons.

Any price adjustments can be made, or credit can be applied to any future orders should you make an error in your selection.

We cannot change the fonts and design, however, the layout may need minor tweaking based on the information you provide.

A digital proof will be sent to you for approval prior to going to print.
